Launch is an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and demystify nutrition.
There are 3 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with a coach. You will learn the foundations of barbell movements and gymnastics. You will gain exposure to the skills and equipment you will see in class. This is the best way to start!
Each session is one hour long and flexible to your schedule. In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in Group Classes, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. We guarantee you will get sweaty, and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements, we use daily in class you may graduate to our regular group classes, or you can choose to get more one on one training.
