The MetCon class at Black Goat Fitness is designed to enhance your fitness with a combination of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics movements. You'll build strength through lifts, improve endurance with intense cardio, and increase flexibility and control with bodyweight exercises. This fast-paced workout is ideal for anyone looking to build muscle, burn fat, and elevate their overall fitness level.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or a gym expert. All of our Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression of roughly 60 minutes in duration.
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
