I grew up playing soccer and skiing. Those were always my main sports, but I enjoy spending any time outdoors that I can and being active. I played soccer through high school and competed in multiple state championship games. Through high school I found Fitness as a way to boost my athletic performance on the field. A big highlight of my soccer career is being able to experience a high-level sport with a team that I loved.
The turning point in my life was when I began to get consistent with Cross Training. I was able to spend more time with the community and was really able to see the results from my hard work. Fitness changed the way I eat, sleep, and workout. It gave me a reason to clean up eating habits and surrounded me with likeminded people. I always had a lot of doubt about my capabilities as an athlete and as a person, but through my fitness and coaching journey I’ve been able to become someone I never thought possible.
I coach because I love helping people get better every day. I’m here for the consistent members, who show up to put in good work every day and look for ways to improve. Nothing fires me up as much as working with somebody that is as passionate about getting better as i am about coaching. My motivation to coach is to give back to the community that helped me become the person I am today.
