Open to anyone, this is our most offered class. Black Goat Fitness offers athletes the opportunity to gain exposure to the widest degree of complexity, loading, and variance. In our classes, all movements, loads, and time domains are fair game. Our flagship High-Intensity GPP program designed on a 60-minute timeline. The most refined GPP program out there. Train to be ready for anything! This class is perfect for anyone interested in high-intensity training but can be scaled for any ability level whether newer or more advanced athletes.

High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT is the best High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program athletes can find. And all that’s really needed to get started is your Body, a pair of Dumbbells and a Jump Rope. HIIT is designed to give athletes amazing fat-burning and muscle-building workouts 5-days a week with minimal equipment.

Launch Program

Launch

Launch is an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and demystify nutrition. There are 3 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with a coach. You will learn the foundations of barbell movements and gymnastics. You will gain exposure to the skills and equipment you will see in class. This is the best way to start!

Nutrition

Nutrition

Our nutrition program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a lifetime. The program is comprised of a two-phase approach. During Phase I, you will meet with a nutrition coach, determine your baseline, test biometrics, set goals, and be set up with a customized plan. You will walk away with nutrition education and meal plans will give you a roadmap with the level of accountability you choose. After three months, you will graduate onto Phase II, where we will focus on accountability, ongoing support and treat your plan to see optimal results.

Yoga

This is a great balance to our classes! Very beginner-friendly. Come learn more about this method of fitness, bring your own yoga mat (we do have some available for you to borrow).

Personal Training

Personal Training

One on one coaching provides a personalized approach to your training. In this program, you will learn how to set realistic goals, track your progress, work on your weaknesses and build on your strengths. Workouts are personalized to address your goals. Mobility may be added to increase range of motion. Personal Training offers training on your schedule, support, and accountability from expert coaches.

Open Gym

Open Gym

Open Gym means no instructor-led classes are taking place and you are free to use the gym for your own training needs. This is a great opportunity to work on a specific skill or strength goal that you’ve wanted to dedicate more attention to. Check the schedule for Open Gym availability.
